The owner of the office is Iwona Gratzel, a person with extensive experience who holds a professional license to practice professional real estate brokerage in Spain.
The main scope of our company’s activities is to provide clients with real estate brokerage services, that is, professionally undertaken activities aimed at bringing the parties together, in particular, when buying, selling, renting real estate, as well as consulting in this regard.
Our mission
Customers who undertake cooperation with our office are assured of professional advice, security of transactions, cultured and competent service, as well as undertaking a number of marketing activities aimed at maximizing the chance of association of the parties to the transaction. The comprehensive service in our office consists of finding optional solutions, legal assistance, help in obtaining credit, interior design, and renovations.
We deal with both secondary and primary markets. We work almost every day, we are flexible, we meet with our clients at the time and place designated by them. Your offers are presented in Polish and English. We serve customers from all over the world. We are with you from start to finish taking care of your comfort and safety during the transaction.

In addition to our own branch, we will soon be expanding the network based on franchise offices. With an attractive offer to potential franchise partners, we will increase the number of branches and the territorial area of operation.
